Silence Breakers Alliance is a private, non-profit foundation that advocates specific changes in the workplace to eradicate sexual harassment. In addition, we aim to partner with other nonprofits that are already working toward this same goal. 

Our mission  is to promote positive, realistic improvements in corporate policies; our path to doing so is by seeding other promising organizations and working collaboratively with them. 

In order to truly break the silence surrounding sexual harassment, we believe it is essential to join forces with all who are committed to transparency, change and respectful treatment of others.
